Guidelines for suitable hair

• We accept hair that is at least 12”/ 30 cms, as some of the hair will be lost while making wigs
• Hair must be maintained in good condition
• Clean, dry hair (no split ends) from any gender and of any natural colour
• Straight, wavy, curly, permed or chemically straightened hair
• Dyed, bleached/ highlighted hair with natural colour
• We do not accept dyed hair with unnatural colours (blue, green, purple)
• Grey hair – Only accepted with limited grey content

Guidelines for cutting & donating your hair

• Wash and Dry your hair (wet hair not accepted)
• Do not use conditioner or styling products
• Make your dry hair into ponytail/s and secure both ends with a hair band
• Ask your hairdresser to cut above the top band
• Finally secure your ponytail/s in a zipper bag and include your details (name, email address, city)
